About

Welcome to teroid.net

Our current product ranges consist of:
  • Web Applications - Rich Internet Applications (RIAs) written in HTML5 and JavaScript, with SQL Server back-end databases, and Web Service or AJAX connectivity.

  • Silverlight Applications with SQL Server back-end databases, WCF Services and MVVM implementation.

  • Database querying and reporting, and statistical analysis desktop applications.

  • Database controls for WinForms - a range of controls for printing, exporting or filtering DataGridView controls or ADO .NET data structures.

  • Ranges of configurable and easy to use graphing controls for WinForms, WPF and WebForms

  • Data-bindable instrumentation controls to add eye-catching and intuitive visualizations to WinForms and WPF applications.
Teroid Software was formed in 2001, our original product range consisting of MFC Extensions written in Visual C++, to streamline data handling functionality in Windows applications.

These were replaced with data handling ActiveX Controls also written in Visual C++ for use by Visual Basic developers within Windows applications.

In 2004 we started developing .NET controls, components and applications in C#. We now have a range of data, instrumentation and graphing controls for WinForms, WPF and ASP .NET WebForms, as well as querying/reporting and statistical applications.

Our current focus is on Rich Internet Application development, using both Silverlight/WCF/MVVM and HTML5/JavaScript/AJAX technologies.
